[collectd] Wireless plugin patch for collectd 3.11.5

Hi

I'm using collectd 3.10.4-1 on Debian 4.0 R0 in all my wireless linux routers, but that wireless plugin don't record signal and noise levels.
So I downloaded source 3.11.5 and modify wireless plugin to work correctly.
In attachment is diff file for wireless.c, I don't have time to modify latest version, but I believe that modification can be easily applied.
