[collectd] processes plugin is filling syslog with "Cannot open /proc/*/stat:..."

Hi Florian,
please ask plugin authors to check all syslog calls.

It is very dangerous to fill syslog over with useless messages in the 10
seconds interval!

I have a test log of 10 GB size due to the "ntpd plugin: getnameinfo
failed: ai_family not supported" IPV6 error.
