[collectd] Version 3.8.1

Hi everyone,

I've uploaded version 3.8.1 to the website last night. It mostly fixes
the build process on FreeBSD, Mac OS X and Solaris; everyone running a
non-GNU-OS should give this release a try.. For users of GNU/Linux this
release will not be worth the trouble of re-compiling..

Of you are using my Debian packages you may have notices the new
init.d-Script, which was contributed by Sebastian 'tokkee' Harl. (They
slipped into the 3.8.0 packages by accident ;). The new bahavior is to
start one instance for each config file `/etc/collectd/*.conf'. The
postinst-Script will move `/etc/collectd.conf' to
`/etc/collectd/default.conf' if found. Thanks to Sebastian for writing
this :)
