[collectd] collectd "backport"

I upgraded those packages to 3.7.1-0tokkee2. If you want to upgrade from 3.5.2
you need to run

  aptitude update
  aptitude install collectd

Simply running "aptitude upgrade" won't work, cuz most of the
collectd-<plugin> packages need to be removed and "aptitude upgrade" will
refuse to do that.

If you want the new collectd-mysql package, you need to (of course) run
"aptitude install collectd-mysql" as well ;-)
