[collectd] Version 3.3.0 released

Hello everybody,

I know I'm half a week late, but at last it's done: I've just linked the
new release on the homepage and uploaded the Debian packages for version
3.3.0. New are the `nfs', `serial' and `tape' modules and improvements
in the autoconf script.

As always, bugreports and other feedback is welcome :)

I still need to apply the build-without-librrd patch, write Solaris
support for the `nfs' module and polish the `collection.cgi' script.

Further down on the todo list are Linux support for the `tape' module
and splitting the debian package even more (basically one package per
module) or implement some other way of specifying which modules to load.
