Try using the CPAN module:
perl -MCPAN -e 'install GD::Graph;'

However, check that you have installed libgd, first. Depending on your
distribution you can do that with:
rpm -q gd               # RedHat, Fedora, maybe SuSE
dpkg -l | grep libgd    # -or- Debian

Other than that I don't know what to tell you, since I don't know what
your problem is or might be.. Please send a bit more information the
