Hi there ;)

as promised yesterday I rewrote the config-reading/-parsing routines
today, moved them into an own module and liked the results. The new
routines allow modules to read/parse their own config files.

My next goal is to bring Getopt::Long to yaala, since I hope that I won't
get into your way ;)
