[SSC Serv] ssc-serv.com now supports PayPal

Dear SSC Serv users,

we've added support for PayPal payments to the ssc-serv.com website.
This allows you to pay for SSC Serv licenses with a variety of credit
and debit cards, bank account transfer and other, more localized payment
methods.

PayPal is replacing the previous Google Wallet integration, which
unfortuantely has been discontinued by Google.
