[SSC Serv] SSC Serv 3.6.0 available.

Hello SSC Serv users,

version 3.6.0 of SSC Serv is available for download. It features these
changes:

  * Memory plug-in: The ability to report memory and page file usage in
    percent has been added.
  * Network plug-in: The plug-in has been rewritten using a port of
    "libcollectdclient". This adds support for signed and encrypted
    network packets.
    The registry keys used by the Network plug-in have also changed:
    each remote server is now stored under a UUID-based registry key,
    like other plug-ins ("Write HTTP", for example). This simplifies
    using configuration management tools when multiple pieces of
    configuration need to be combined to create a host's config. The
    plug-in will automatically update the registry to the new format on
    start-up.
  * Write HTTP plug-in: The precision of exported gauges has been
    increased.
