[SSC Serv] Version 3.4.0 available

Hello SSC Serv users,

version 3.4.0 of SSC Serv is available for download. It features these
changes:

  * Services plug-in: This new plug-in reports the state of Windows
    services (1 = running, 0 = stopped, NAN = other).
  * DF plug-in: An option to report used and free space in percent
    rather than absolute values (bytes) has been added.
  * Graphite plug-in: Support for a user-supplied suffix has been added.
  * Disk plug-in: Reporting of the physical disks' queue length has been
    added.
  * A bug in the "ignore lists" of the DF, Disk and Interface plug-ins
    has been fixed. Previously, the action ("collect" or "ignore") may
    have triggered for un-selected values.
