[SSC Serv] Version 3.4.1 available

Hello SSC Serv users,

version 3.4.1 of SSC Serv is available for download. It features these
changes:

  * Graphite plug-in: The suffix feature has been fixed: It inserts the
    suffix after the hostname now, restoring compatibility to collectd's
    Write Graphite plugin.
