[SSC Serv] SSC Serv 3.1.0 is available.

Hello and a happy new year!

I'm proud to announce that SSC Serv 3.1.0 has been released and is ready
for download from <ssc-serv.com>. The changes since version 3.0.0
include:

  * The new "Graphite" plug-in allows you to send data directly to a
    Graphite server. Values can be stored as either counter values or
    rates and naming follows the "Write Graphite" collectd plug-in.
  * The new "Write HTTP" plug-in can send metrics, encoded in JSON, to a
    web service using POST requests.
