[SSC Serv] Version 1.2.4 available

Hi,

I've just built and uploaded version 1.2.4 of SSC Serv. The changes in
this version are:

 * A bug in the read threads has been fixed. This bug caused very high
   CPU load on some machines. In theory this could happen on any
   machine, but for an unknown reason the behavior could only be
   observed on single-CPU machines.

 * The installer has been further improved: When installing a new
   version (without un-installing the previous version first), the
   installer should now keep the configuration. This should simplify
   upgrading a good deal.
