[SSC Serv] Version 1.2.3 available

Hello,

I have just uploaded version 1.2.3 of SSC Serv which fixes a few issues:

  * Installer: Gracefully handle cases where the service is not
    registered with the service control manager when
    un-installing.Previously, this condition caused the un-install
    procedure to fail.

  * SSC Serv: Use of mutual exclusion objects has been hardened.

  * network code: A bugfix in the network code decreases the amount of
    network traffic produced.
