[collectd] collectd per process cpu usage percentage

HI
Is there any way to get the notification for the per process cpu , which
exceeds threshold value.(cpu percentage usage )
currently ps_cputime is in microseconds , is there any way to convert this
in percentage for memory and for cpu .
