[collectd] Biweekly meetings + CI stuck/broken

Hi there,

we are/were having biweekly meetings for collectd to both improve the 
collaboration and also to move forward with the project.

Today, we'd have another meeting[1].

Unfortunately, I have a conflict at that time today.

There are also things like [2], CI stuck for months with nobody of the 
remaining active people being able to fix this, e.g see[3],[4],[5], etc..

The gist is, we still require travis to report CI status. We can not 
remove that without having the necessary rights on the project.

The question here is, if there is much sense to continue with these 
meetings or how to continue with the project. Good thing is, there are 
still much more contributors than people actively looking at patches.
