[collectd] Collectd on Windows

Dear Collectd Team,

We have requirement for our telemetry solution to work on Windows as well. Github project for collectd host windows base porting as well at https://github.com/collectd/collectd/  .  I also came to know from one of my colleague, Google was supposedly working on enabling Collectd to work better on windows. However we aren't aware of more details on enablement or on how-tos. Kindly let us know:

-                      What should be timeline for Windows support from collectd project?

-                      What will be license to use it?

  *   Will it be free of cost and available for use under MIT kind of license?
