[collectd] Network plugin

Hi ,
I have tried conficuring the Interval value to some large number such as
3600 , inside the network plugin.
however my collectd client server instance still transfer the rrd files
over the network in the default Interval =10
By any way this can be overwritten by the network plugin Interval value.

I have specific requirement of generating the stats at the default interval
but transferring them with specified interval value.
