[collectd] Collectd bi-weekley call - agenda 15th May

Hi Folks,
tomorrow (Friday, 15th May at 2PM(UTC)/7AM(PST)) we will have next collectd bi-weekly call :) On the meeting we would to like to continue grooming session.

Below list of open PRs for grooming session:
1. ntpd plugin: private mode (7) is now deprecated https://github.com/collectd/collectd/issues/932
2. Feature Request: need for self monitoring plugin ( collectd getting metrics from itself) https://github.com/collectd/collectd/issues/849
3. nginx plugin: support several instances https://github.com/collectd/collectd/issues/780

5. Allow includes from within <Plugin> scope https://github.com/collectd/collectd/issues/476

If you have a chance, please look into this PRs before meeting :)
