[collectd] Collectd 5.8.1 complains about config errors without giving details

A coworker figured it out.    The argument to the Hostname parameter wasn't in double quotes.  I filed issue #3404 ( https://github.com/collectd/collectd/issues/3404 ) to track what I think is a bug.
