[collectd] Collectd meetup in Munich in February

Dear collectd developers,

we are delighted to invite you to a collectd developers meetup
to be held in Munich on Feb 17 and 18 2020.

The meetup is taking place at Googles office in Munich, Germany[1].

If you would like to come, please send me an email in order to get an
access code and bring your passport.

The list of topics and the agenda is on[2], please expect a more precise
agenda and a time table in the next few days.
