[collectd] collectd community bi-weekly call was self-cancelled automatically

Hello, unfortunately meeting series was automatically cancelled again. It seems to be Webex-related problem.
We will try to figure out if there is fix for that or switch to more stable meeting system (probably Teams if there are no objections). Meeting invitation for next session (04.01.2021) will be sent soon.

In the meantime, what can we do to unblock CI?
