[collectd] Sensors Plugin / syntax

Hi Holger,

judging from the quick look at the code the config should look like 
this:

   <Plugin sensors>
          Sensor "coretemp-isa-0000/temperature-Core 0"
          Sensor "coretemp-isa-0000/temperature-Core 1"
          IgnoreSelected false
          UseLabels true
   </Plugin>

(Note the missing "sensors-" prefix.)

I filed https://collectd.org/3443 to improve the docs. Do you think this 
would have cleared it up for you?
