[collectd] collectd contributors meetup

Hello,

thank you to all of you, who could make it to the meetup and
who made it a success.

I wrote a brief summary[1], and there are also impressions
[2] and [3].

We briefly talked about having regular meetings. My proposal
would be to join the OPNFV Barometer call next week.
