[collectd] Question on mqtt plugin

Hi, all

We wanted to try out mqtt plugin (available since 5.6) but we could not
locate the page from Table of Plugin page
<https://collectd.org/wiki/index.php/Table_of_Plugins> . However, it is
available at https://collectd.org/wiki/index.php/Plugin:MQTT and
https://collectd.org/documentation/manpages/collectd.conf.5.shtml#plugin_mqtt.
Is there any reason that the the documentation is missing out? Besides, I
could not locate the mqtt plugin shared library in
collectd-5.8.0.116.8.el6.x86_64.rpm
<https://pkg.ci.collectd.org/rpm/collectd-5.8/epel-6-x86_64/collectd-5.8.0.116.gcd59bf0-8.el6.x86_64.rpm>,
perhaps it is built in another package?
