[collectd] build from source

Hi,

I have git cloned the source from the github. I was able to configure and build from the source. However, I was NOT able to enable the build to include IPMI plugin. Tried to modify configure.ac file and have enable_plugin="yes", still IPMI pluin was not included in the build.

Would you please give me the instructions for enabling IPMI plugin in the build.
