[collectd] multiple Nginx server monitoring issue

The problem is that the `nginx` plugin does not support such configuration.
It unable to get stats from multiple servers, only one is supported at the moment.

There is PR https://github.com/collectd/collectd/pull/1969 on GitHub, but that work was not finished and feature still not implemented.

As a workaround you can start multiple collectd daemons each with own configuration for each Nginx.
