[collectd] Problem using the write_sensu plugin

This is on Ubuntu 14.04. I've never hit issues with apparmor before, but I 
could disabled it and see what happens.

Yes, I can load other plugins. The CSV plugin loads up just fine and write out 
all the data thrown at it.
