[collectd] Format of Timestamp in Collectd

Hi,

i've got a question about the timestamp collectd. In which format is the
timestamp created? Is it the local time format on host (for example host1
UTC + 2h and host2 UTC + 3h) or is it on every host the same (UTC + 0h)?
Can we set this in config or somewhere?
