[collectd] modern collectd packages for wheezy/debian?

It looks like we need to have collectd 5.3 or 5.4 to avoid a memory leak
that was fixed.  Debian Wheezy has 5.1 so we’ve seen collectd grow up to
1GB .

Has anyone made packages for Debian or a way I can build my own? I’d love
to get 5.4 on wheezy.
