[collectd] collectd

I ran across a bunch of systems with collectd installed which reports
that it is gathering only swap/swap_io-in and swap/swap_io-out
using the collectd plugin, but not swap-free, swap-used and swap-cached.

I believe the version of collectd being used is 5.4.

Has anyone seen that kind of partial?
