[collectd] Strange behaviour of collectd with rrdcached

Hi Sergey,

I haven't used collectd with the rrdtool (and such) plugins in a few
years; but to my recollection when I would get errors such as:

Jun 26 17:12:37 collectd: rrdcached plugin: rrdc_update
(/var/lib/collectd/rrd/my-localhost/load/load.rrd,
[1403788357:0.480000:0.600000:0.650000], 1) failed with status -1.
Jun 26 17:13:37 collectd: rrdcached plugin: rrdc_update
(/var/lib/collectd/rrd/my-localhost/load/load.rrd,
[1403788417:0.360000:0.540000:0.620000], 1) failed with status -1.

I would have to delete the offending file; and restart the whole thing
and let the file get recreated.

I would suggest to ensure rrdtool (and rrdcached) are up to date as I
had some problems a few years ago with 1.4.7 and this ^^
