[collectd] collectd not logging

Hello,
I'm developing a few new collectd plugins so I am interested in
debug-level logs. However, when I configure logging no file is
created. What should I do to solve this problem?

Here's the relevant stanza of the config file:

LoadPlugin logfile
<Plugin logfile>
    LogLevel "debug"
    File "/tmp/collectd.log"
    Timestamp true
    PrintSeverity true
</Plugin>
