[collectd] collectd question

Hello,

Use lsof (lsof -p <pid>) to know what plugins are loaded.

This is NOT a way to find out if a plugin exists and is collecting.
But it IS a way to know that a plugin is NOT loaded and NOT collecting 
if you do not find it in the list.
