[collectd] Python Redis Collectd plugin.

Hello  Guys.

If anyone's interested in monitoring their Redis servers, I've written a
new Redis collectd plugin in python (
https://github.com/zerthimon/redis_plugin ).
It's improvements over Garret Heaton's plugin (
https://github.com/powdahound/redis-collectd-plugin ) are:

Provides multi-instance support.
Provides Unix Domain socket support.
Processes a lot more metrics.
Processes Redis Commandstats metrics.
Has own types.db with data sets and data sources defined.
