[collectd] customizing notify_email email body messages

Hy all,

i've asked on the IRC channel but no luck, so i'm trying on the ML.

is there any way (easy or hard) to customize the messages send by the
plugin: notify_email ?

like to add a link to a monitoring dashboard using the hostname as a
parameter
