[collectd] some issues in collectd while configure postgresql plugin

I have already get rid of that issues now. Still thank you for your help. 

I have an extra question:
Will Collectd support to plugin JBoss in future?

# ldd postgresql.so

Maybe this is postgresql.so missing a lib ?
