[collectd] Versions 5.2.2, 5.1.3 and 4.10.9 are available.

Hello everybody,

a new round of patch releases is available. No fix really stands out. I
just wanted to get this out of the door before packaging 5.3.0, which I
will do soon. I promise ;)

  * thermal plugin: The initialization of dispatched value lists has

  * unixsock plugin: Parsing of options with an underscore, e.g.
