This was migrated to https://github.com/collectd/collectd/pull/18 and
merged into master branch
https://github.com/collectd/collectd/commit/8a92d10a6f95b5fc1f4b60deabc6d607a6870e2a

Valent, please open bug against collectd in Fedora, then we can
continue discussion there
(needs to be backported, it's in 5.1 only)
