[collectd] New frontend for Collectd

Hi Jeremy, 

Only the last value of each metric are stored in
MySQL. It permit to do some computation to aggregate datas. 

The top
plugin permit to have the unix top command output in the web-interface.
For example, If you see a peak 

of CPU on a graph 2 day ago, just
right-click on graph where is the peak and a window with the unix top
output is showed :
