[collectd] CPU about 200% idle, virtualization problem

I got an slice host machine that is collecting about 200% idle on cpu 
plugin. I know that cpu plugin don't collect percentage, I'm just trying 
to understand what is happening...

Seems that values on /proc/stat are not correct, I've made some test 
program using the same algorithm that cpu plugins does, and got the same 
result.

Would the virtualization ruining /proc statistics?? Any one has faced 
this before?
