[collectd] write_mysql plugin usage

Hi Daniel,

All documentation is in collectd.conf man page built with my patch.

The latest version is not yet merged into collectd master but you can get it by :
$ git clone git://github.com/feraudet/collectd.git -b cf/perfwatcher

This plugin was originally wrote for Perfwatcher, a Collectd frontend soon available in beta.
