In fact, this will be solved by a "cgroup" plugin. As far as I could
see, there are currently two different proposals:

 - http://mailman.verplant.org/pipermail/collectd/2012-March/005003.html

 - https://github.com/collectd/collectd/pull/51/commits

 From a quick look, the former seems to cover a few more statistics
while the latter includes ignore-list support. So, imho, the two plugins
should be merged.
