[collectd] Quesqion of how to install librrd

Hi,
 
I'm installing collectd with plugin of rrdtool in redhat system, and I need librrd. However, I can not find any rpm or tar package about librrd in the Internet. And in my redhat system I have rrdtool installed in it. and I can find some rrdlib files in my system.
 
[root at remote-conn collectd-4.10.6]# vi README

I realy don't know how to install this librrd in my system. I'm realy preciated if you can tell me where I can find this package. and how to deploy it.(configure&make& make install?)
