[collectd] Write plugin for snmpd?

I have a rather odd question: has anyone written a plugin that takes the
current collectd output and exposes it to snmpd, say via a shared memory
page with a configuration to map values to OIDs? Or perhaps integrated
snmpd via the UnixSock Write plugin?
