[collectd] #46 plugin interval

Hello Octo,

we´re waiting desperately for #46 regarding plugin interval, which is
assigned to version 5.2 at the moment.

this would enable us to trim our collectd data (~ 900 hosts) down while
adding a few more plugins to
the current setup.

is there any hope for us in the near future?

anybody out there waiting for this killer feature too?
