[collectd] Question/Problem about hysteresis

Hi, i have set up collectd to send me notifications. I also tried to
set up hysteresis it looks like this for sensors:

<Plugin "sensors">
	<Type "temperature">
		WarningMax 70
		FailureMax 75
		Hysteresis 2
	</Type>
</Plugin>

But i get mails like that:

Message: Host xxx, plugin sensors (instance i5k_amb-isa-0000) type
temperature (instance temp7): Data source "value" is currently
70.500000. That is above the warning threshold of 70.000000.


I was expecting not to get Warnings before 72°, because of the
hysteresis. Did I get it wrong, how that works, or is it just misbehaving?
