[collectd] Patch for IRQ plugin to collect non-numeric IRQ numbers also

Hi,

I'm posting this patch if someone finds it useful. It causes collectd
to collect and graph also IRQs which have non-numberical names, like
LOC, TBL, RES etc. Here:
