[collectd] The global flag is not supported, libtool 2 is required for this. ERROR in 5.0.0

Hello All,

I can see in changelog that libtool 2.2 has been added since Version
4.7.1 ... i am using version 5.0.0... but still get

[2011-06-03 12:38:21] plugin_load_file: The global flag is not
supported, libtool 2 is required for this.

this line in collectd.log.

What can be done for this? I am not able to run my custom python
modules because of this error.
