[collectd] New plugin: Beancounters for OpenVZ/Virtuozzo container

Hi,

I wrote a plugin to collect data from the beancounter interface available inside an OpenVZ/Virtuozzo container. The beancounters reflect the current resource usage (memory, number of processes, ...) of the container and also shows the limits defined for it.
